Robo Poets is a video game company with a passion for character-driven action adventures... Robo Poets makes video games. We're a small independent development studio founded in 2019. Our goal is to explore interesting ideas and game concepts that might be too risky for large publishers depending on guaranteed successes. Whether it's an unusual story or an interesting gameplay mechanic, we think a good idea is worth a try despite the chance of failure... At Robo Poets, we value openness and freedom and as such have always held a strong preference for free and open source software (FOSS). We as a studio would not exist and none of our games would have ever been made if it wasn't for tools like Blender and Krita. We encourage everyone working in the digital arts to see if they can integrate these and other FOSS tools into their pipelines. The world will be a better place because of it.
