Raised in NYC, Ana has spent over 12 years working as a security specialist in NYC nightclubs. While attending college for Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications, she took on a job to cover tuition, books, and housing. What began as a means to pay for college evolved into a passionate career. She has worked across a diverse range of venues, from legendary upscale clubs and small bars to festivals, beach clubs, and even with celebrities. Ana's journey also led her to establish her own security company, Serrano Solutions. She has supervised teams at renowned locations such as Santos Party House, Governors Island, Baby's All Right, Vice Media, RedBull, Spotify, the VMA's, and Soul Train Awards, among 50+ other clubs and venues. Ana's accomplishments have been recognized by publications like Dr. Martens Zine, Punch Drink Website, and The Cut Magazine. She actively contributed to the NYC Nightlife United Committee, a volunteer-run non-profit fund dedicated to supporting BIPOC-owned and led businesses, fostering LGBTQIA communities, and uplifting the broader nightlife community. This commitment underscores her hunger, drive, and determination. Ana is a valued asset to the nightlife industry, known for her diligence, consistency, hard work, and her charming yet firm personality.

Margarita C. Serrano - CEO

Serrano Solutions Security Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured security firm in the Tri-State Area. Backed by over 15 years of professional experience, Margarita C. Serrano currently excels as the founder and chief executive officer of Serrano Solutions, formerly known as Thrill Life Productions, which she spearheaded in 2016. In this capacity, she specializes in security consulting for entertainment events at New York City clubs and other major venues. As an entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, she is proud to serve 40 clients and employ approximately 70 part-time staff. Her most notable career achievement has been her involvement with the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City. To prepare for her security career, Ms. Serrano pursued an education in criminal justice at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, part of the City University of New York system, in 2009. From there, she went on to take business administration courses at Queensborough Community College. Prior to launching her security and consulting business, Ms. Serrano worked as the director of security at the Knockdown Center from 2018 to 2021. She was also the manager of Elsewhere Brooklyn from 2017 to 2021 and the director of security at Output Club NYC from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Serrano attributes her professional success to her upbringing, coming from a single mother household and being the oldest child. She has always maintained a "get things done" attitude, which served her well in her roles, including as a keyholder at RadioShack and captain and bridal attendant at Gustavinos/583 Park Avenue. She also credits her many mentors for their inspiration, such as Ria Katz and Julio Acosta. Looking toward the future, Ms. Serrano aims to expand her business to other states, as well as diversify her portfolio with investments in properties, fundraising, and community service efforts.
