Tess' Brilliant Bakes started out in the family kitchen in Adderbury, North Oxfordshire. We outgrew our kitchen, and we now work from a bakery in a unit at a local farm. Tess isn't the baker, she's the baker's daughter, but she's definitely an encouraging presence in the kitchen! She can also often be found behind the counter at many of the shows and festivals we attend...
