Dr. Aonghus McGann

Dr Aonghus McGann is a native of Limerick and qualified from RCSI in Dublin in 1989. He completed basic training in Anaesthetics and Pain. He qualified as a GP from the UCD training scheme in 1992 and has worked as a GP in Limerick since 1998. His special interests include men's health, orthopaedic & sports medicine, student health, minor surgery and rheumatology. He is trained in Basic and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is adjunct lecturer with the Graduate Entry Medical School at UL.

Dr. James McCormick

Dr James McCormick initially completed a pharmacy degree in Trinity College Dublin and worked as a community pharmacist in Dublin for several years. He returned to study Medicine in UL GEMS and graduated in 2014. He then completed his intern year in The Mater Hospital in Dublin, with rotations in dermatology, ENT, general practice and colorectal and general surgery. He was accepted onto the North East GP training scheme in 2015 and completed a 6 month paediatric rotation in Temple Street Children's Hospital, as well as 6-month rotations in emergency medicine, psychiatry and general medicine/cardiology. James completed his GP training in 2019 and his special interests include men's health, paediatrics, psychiatry and dermatology.

Dr. Maeve Mulvehill

Dr Maeve Mulvehill qualified from UCD in 2008. She subsequently completed Basic Specialist Training in Medicine in Dublin before moving to Boston Medical Centre to work as an Internal Medicine Resident. After returning to Ireland she worked as a Geriatrics and Stroke Registrar in Dublin before joining the HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster (UCD) GP Specialist Training Scheme in 2013. She is a tutor for medical students at University of Limerick School of Medicine and has a special interest in Adult Medicine and Women's health.
