With over two years of experience at Tengye, she is responsible for global business development, identifying companies with a demand for neodymium magnets and custom magnetic assemblies. Ella works closely with the engineering team, providing quotations and serving as a bridge to engineer magnet solutions.
A professional with over 20 years of experience in magnetic product engineering and neodymium magnet production, coupled with an additional 2 years of expertise in the field of permanent magnet motors. He is an expert in a wide range of materials, including magnetic, metal, plastic, rubber, and adhesive materials, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the diverse elements crucial to magnetic product production.

Before founding Tengye, Qinsheng had over 15 years of experience in the sales of permanent magnets and served as the mentor of Huang Chao. In his role as CEO, Qinsheng has been instrumental in providing strategic leadership, guiding the company's overall direction, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving business growth.
A high-school classmate of Jonah Jin, Steven joined with Jonah right after graduating from college. He is responsible for maintaining customer relationships. His daily tasks include creating quotation documents, following up on production progress, and managing logistics. In addition to this, he is proficient in Solidworks, offering support to the team in creating 3D models and drawings.
Since Tengye's establishment in 2014, Jianming has overseen the production of neodymium magnets and magnetic products, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing. His responsibilities include resource management, production schedule optimization, equipment maintenance, and personnel supervision to meet targets and quality standards.
