He loves spending time with his young family at the lake or Hamilton Gardens and is always keen for a game (of anything) in his spare time.

Katie is our Office Manager and Legal PA, bringing 10 years experience in management of clients services in customer-facing industries in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. A qualified Master Stylist and experienced salon manager and HR Administrator, Katie brings her charm, top-notch organisation skills and outstanding customer service that goes above and beyond to ensure our services progress seamlessly for clients. Katie knows first-hand the challenges of migrating in the middle of a pandemic. She is inspired to help others discover New Zealand and make a new life here too. Outside of the office, Katie loves spending time in nature, in the garden or exploring somewhere new.

Keira is the Employment Advocate in our team and supports the team with a wide range of matters, including immigration and employment matters. As a law graduate, Keira brings her astute analytical skills and legal insights to complex matters. Keira is passionate about navigating various employment dispute to achieve the best possible outcomes. Keira will be completing her professional studies over the next few months to become admitted as a lawyer. She has a tiny house, but makes a big impact through her community work.

Teruki is the IT Specialist in our team and has a wealth of experience in web development for online banks and major retailers internationally. His plan is to improve the efficiency of services to our clients and improve their experience in engaging with us. Recently relocated from Tokyo, Teruki is excited about exploring the parks and outdoors with his young family. He and his wife love trying new cheeses and the fantastic wines in New Zealand.

Tobias is an experienced Licensed Immigration Adviser with a passion for helping migrants on their journeys to New Zealand and helping businesses source global talent. Tobias loves a challenge and relishes finding solutions for issues that others think cannot be solved. He is experienced in all visa streams, including employer accreditation, investor pathways and tribunal appeals. Tobias is also an employment advocate and registered Member of ELINZ (Employment Law Institute of New Zealand). The UVISA team also offer employment advocacy and legal advice to international workers and businesses. Tobias hopes to complete the Bachelor of Laws at Waikato University in the next two years. In his free time, he likes to thrash drums in his shed.
