He has worked with the management teams of over 30 well known organisations to develop powerful strategies, and to develop the teamwork to support their achievement. He has trained management teams in facilitation skills. He is one of the first proponents of virtual facilitation. And he has seen the difference that the quality of meetings makes to organisations, and more importantly to the quality of life for their people.
