In her original career plan, Sandy had intended to go into forestry. Banking was never on her radar. But in the summer before college, she started working at a very small rural bank. That experience changed the course of her life. Her journey started in small community banks as a lender in 1982. She became a specialized mortgage lender in 1995. She is very excited to now have the benefits of working for Vessel Mortgage. As a broker, there are many options available to best meet the mortgage needs of her clients. Sandy still aspires to be a forest ranger after she retired from mortgage lending, unless she can make the cut as a professional poker player. That's REALLY what she thinks her second career should be! Until then, she says that she will continue to strive to provide the best customer service to her clients while helping them achieve their home loan needs and goals.

Suzanne Cupit

Suzanne's mortgage career began in 1985 working for a savings and loan company to pay her way through nursing school. One of her responsibilities was mortgage collections. It was a financially difficult time for many in Houston, and the experience of trying to help homeowners sparked a flame she didn't know existed. It was then when she found her passion in helping others not only to realize their dream of home ownership, but to also to be prepared as a homeowner. Suzanne is dedicated to guiding clients through the loan process and educating them prior to starting the house search, so they will be in the best possible position for financing a home. She and her husband, Don, have seven children and so far, six life-changing grandchildren. Suzanne's happy place is when they get together to cook, visit, and play games. She also enjoys strolling in the French Quarter and spending time on the beach.

Tina Bordelon

Tina is a licensed Mortgage Originator with Vessel Mortgage. She is passionate about helping her clients finance their dreams of homeownership. She provides professional mortgage services, specializing in financing the purchase and refinance of residential properties. She held a real estate license for twenty years and uses that experience to help her today. Tina is interested in educating and assisting first time homebuyers, as well as experienced homebuyers, in the mortgage lending process. Her goal is to find the best loan program for their dreams and desires. She frequently attends educational conferences and training workshops to better serve her clients and to keep up with the everchanging mortgage industry. Tina wants her clients to have the best customer service experience possible and will strive to accomplish this. Tina enjoys visiting with her children and family, working on renovation projects, painting, and gardening.
