Amanda joins the Welcome Home team after having worked for one of the largest national property owners for 10 years.
Her strength in building strong relationships with residents and owners, is anchored in her ability to not only communicate effectively, but to provide a high quality of service.
As a bilingual (French and English) mortgage agent, realtor and investor, André helps people with their real estate needs including leasing, mortgages, buying, selling and investing. In his leisure time, he loves spending time with his family and relaxing by the beach, camping, hunting, and playing golf and hockey..
With over 4 years of experience as a Property Manager, Beth can handle the maintenance and general upkeep of Welcome Home doors. She is trustworthy to take charge of our team and provides supervision, guidance, and training to all new and existing crew members, and to ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
Beth is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and has proven her capacity to handle communication with tenants, vendors, and owners to ensure a great flow of resolving any maintenance concerns.
In her spare time, she loves to cook and spend weekends at the beach with her family.
Furrakh is a licensed Realtor since 2013. With ten years of experience in Real Estate, he's been helping his clients to get the most out of their investments, either buying, selling or managing properties.
Jay leads the team at Welcome Home Management, however, he is the first one to give credit to the strong team who work along side of him. Without them, Welcome Home wouldn't be where we are today, he tells investors on a regular basis.
Welcome Home Management was created in 2016 after Jay had one of those experiences you likely may have had with a property manager in the past. Like you, Jay was no different.
Jay wanted to do things differently. Much differently. He chose to focus on the investor and not himself. While building Welcome Home Management, Jay recalled this encounter with the property manager and all the other pain points that he'd had as an investor, and focused on correcting those for his clients.
Luis Cova is the first point of contact at Welcome Home Management as our Operations Manager. Luis' job at Welcome Home is to take what Jay envisions the company to be and create and oversee the processes to achieve that vision. He is the main point of contact for all of our Owner Partners.
While relatively new to the Property Management Space, Luis graduated from Law School in 2017 and is currently working towards his Masters of Corporate Law.
Coming from a Latin country, Luis very much enjoys going to the beach. He also enjoys sightseeing, spending time with family, watching movies and reading historical fiction books.
Tammy applied her love of helping people to own and manage a local food store in the downtown core. Later, she became a multifamily real estate investor currently managing 12 doors. She is now an active leasing agent. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and cozy days camping near the beach.
Terry joined Welcome Home Management in 2022 after a successful career in the HVAC industry. While full retirement wasn't completely for him, he works as a maintenance technician ensuring our residents maintenance issues and concerns are addressed in a quick and efficient manner.
Originally from St. Catharines, Terry has 4 grown children and enjoys fishing, travelling, and fixing things around the house.
