Abhilash Patel is a proven entrepreneur, digital marketer and active venture investor. He was the former founder and CEO at Ranklab, a digital marketing agency that helped scale some of the largest behavioral health operators in the country. He also co-founded, Recovery Brands, a digital publisher with assets including Rehabs.com, Recovery.org and others. In 2015, Abhilash oversaw the acquisition of both companies to a publicly traded healthcare company.
Abhilash holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Alina is a psychiatric nurse practitioner (NP) who has been treating individuals with eating disorders for the past five years. Alina has worked as an NP and registered nurse (RN) across multiple different settings including inpatient, residential, partial and outpatient. Alina takes a collaborative approach when working with patients, and values their input regarding their care plan. Alina received a bachelor's of science in neuroscience from Stonehill College prior to pursuing a bachelor's of science in nursing, and a master's degree in nursing from Regis College, on her way to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Chrissy is a registered nurse (RN) who has been working in the field of eating disorders for the past ten years. She has a passion for helping clients fight against their eating disorder voice so they can find true, and lasting recovery. In addition to caring for clients directly, Chrissy also spearheads the compliance efforts of Within Health, including state licensing and Joint Commission accreditation.

Dr. Lesley Williams is a Family Medicine physician and Eating Disorder expert. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency training at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Dr. Williams has been providing medical care for patients with eating disorders and other mental health issues for over 17 years. She currently serves as a Senior Associate Consultant in the Department of Family Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Williams is a passionate advocate for health equity and reducing stigma and bias in healthcare. She serves on the Academy of Eating Disorders Board's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Dr. Williams also recently authored an award-winning book that celebrates body diversity in children, Free To Be Me: self love for all sizes. Her areas of special interest include: Appearance Based Bias education and Health Equity advocacy.
Dr. Williams volunteers her time to serve on the ElevateMed Advisory Committee. This philanthropic opportunity allows her to expand her work in achieving healthcare equity through supporting the non-profit organization's vision of prioritizing physician workforce diversity. Dr. Williams is excited to join the Within Health Advisory team and support the organization's goal of making exemplary eating disorder treatment accessible to all.

Dr. Roberto Olivardia is a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Associate at McLean Hospital and Lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Lexington, Massachusetts, where he specializes in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). He also specializes in the treatment of eating disorders in boys and men. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Olivardia has many scientific publications about eating disorders, body image and/or muscle dysmorphia in males. He presents at many conferences, podcasts and webinars around the country.
Dr. Tyson has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders for over 30 years. He wrote the chapter on medical complications in Treatment of Eating Disorders: Bridging the Research-Practice Gap, is a co-author of the Medical Care Standards Guide for the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED) and of the chapter "What Doctors, Dietitians, and Nutritionists Need to Know" in Trauma-Informed Approaches to Eating Disorders. Teaching and advocating about eating disorders is a passion of his, and he frequently presents at eating disorder professional meetings, to universities, and to the public. He helped develop legislation for the Texas legislature and was also asked to give the briefing on eating disorder legislation to both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate in 2016. He loves teaching medical, nursing, and undergraduate and graduate students at his private practice in Houston, The Medical Center for Eating Disorders.
Elisabeth takes on challenging responsibilities, such as creating nutrition programs that thrive. Elisabeth co-founded Light of the Moon Café with Dr. Anita Johnston that allows people around the world to have access to healing concepts and community support for their eating and body image disorders. She has consulted in a variety of capacities including clinical research trials, pharmaceutical companies and corporations. She developed nutrition clinics for hospitals, pharmacies, and medical practices. She has been an Adjunct Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University, a speaker, dietetic advisor for magazines, has authored various nutrition articles and supervises other registered dietitians. She listens. She builds connections. She is a team player. Outside the office you can find her outdoors swimming, kayaking or boating with her family and close friends.
Elyse Resch is a nutrition therapist in private practice in Beverly Hills, California, with thirty-nine years of experience, specializing in eating disorders, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size. She is the co-author of Intuitive Eating, now in its 4th edition, the Intuitive Eating Workbook, and The Intuitive Eating Card Deck-50 Bite-Sized Ways to Make Peace with Food(upcoming, 2021). Elyse has published many articles and does regular speaking engagements. Her work has been profiled on NPR, CNN, KABC, NBC, KTTV, Los Angeles Times, AP Press, KFI Radio, The New York Times, USA Today, and the Huffington Post, among others. Elyse is nationally known for her work in helping patients break free from diet culture through the Intuitive Eating process. Her philosophy embraces the goal of developing body liberation, with the belief that all bodies deserve dignity, and reconnecting with one's internal wisdom about eating. She supervises and trains health professionals, is a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian and Supervisor, a Fellow of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, and a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Jacquelyn is the founder of Eating Disorder Hope. She also has a private practice offering counseling to those with eating disorders and co-occurring issues. She has dedicated her career to helping those seeking healing from eating disorders. Jacquelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services degree from The University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Counseling/Psychology, from Capella University. She has extensive experience in the eating disorder field including advanced education in psychology, participation and contributions to additional eating disorder groups, symposiums, and professional associations.

Karin Lewis, MA, LMFT, CEDS is a clinical expert in eating disorder treatment and recovery. She is the founder of the Karin Lewis Eating Disorder Center located in Boston, MA and the host of the Recovery Bites podcast. She has been the Clinical Director for numerous residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs including Monte Nido and Affiliates, Eating Disorder of Andover, and the Karin Lewis Eating Disorder Center.
Karin is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA), Multi-Service Eating Disorder Association (MEDA) Karin is also a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED), where sits as a Co-Chair for the Professionals and Recovery SIG. Karin obtained her master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Karin is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
Karin's therapy services include implementing a Humanistic and Relational model while incorporating CBT, DBT, and values work into her private practice. Karin has spent her career helping individuals and their families suffering from eating disorders, body image, media and cultural influences, family issues, relationship issues, depression, and anxiety.
Kat Geiger, LCSW, CEDS (certified eating disorders specialist), earned her master's degree in social work from UC Berkeley and has seventeen years experience in mental health treatment.
Her expertise includes eating disorders treatment, perinatal mood disorders, emergency psychiatric intervention, pediatric psychiatric intervention, and the treatment of anxiety disorders.
Kat is passionate about developing individualized therapeutic interventions for each client she works with, using evidence-based practices.
She enjoys working with individuals and leading therapy groups.
Kat also mentors social work interns from the University of Nevada, Reno and Simmons University.

Mary is a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian and Approved Supervisor (CEDRD-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) and has over 17 years of experience in the field of eating disorders.
Living up and down the East Coast and consulting abroad, Mary has maintained her eating disorders specialized private practice since 2006. Mary served for six years as the Director of Nutrition Services at the Oliver-Pyatt Centers for eating disorders and directed the nutrition programming of the first Clementine Program for Adolescents with eating disorders in Miami, FL.
Mary serves as the Chapter Chair of the Mentoring and Connections Committee for iaedp and co-authored "The CEDRD in Eating Disorder Care", March 2015, with fellow members of the Nutrition and Health Management Committee of iaedp. She is a seasoned speaker and has conducted numerous workshops and seminars across the country focusing on body image, weight inclusivity, intuitive eating, step down care and the prevention and treatment of eating disorders.
