About OWL Vets: OWL Vets is the independent, professional company formed by two highly experienced laboratory animal veterinarian colleagues, Olga Woolmer and Lucy Whitifield. Our name comes from our intials: OW and LW!Olga and Lucy have many years' experience in the lab animal field, including the technical aspects such as surgery, providing clinical care for lab animals, and as Named Veterinary Surgeons (DVs), advising on the health and welfare of animals used in research.
