In January the roof of our Class C RV was damaged by a falling tree in a major rain storm. We wanted to have a FlexArmor Lifetime Roof installed but did not want to drive to Texas or Seattle from Cambria California to have it done. We heard that AZ RV Roof would be opening in Prescott, Arizona, so we waited for them to open and John got us in for an appointment in late September, which was perfect for our planned trip. Rob greeted us at the facility and gave us a tour, explaining the entire process and answered all of our questions. We were sent photos and kept informed of the progress, and the job was done a day ahead of schedule! We have actually since tested the roof in that we were in a hail storm a few days after we got the RV back! It held up great! It is such a relief to know that we do not have to worry about our roof, ever. The warranty is transferrable in the event we ever decide to sell the RV. In fact, the lifetime roof should be a great selling point! 5 stars for AZ RV..
