Miss Hanlon is the in-house graphic designer. From New Zealand, Amy recently graduated with a Bachelor of Design with Honors, and a Major in Visual Communication Design. Her specialities at B&AP lie with graphic design, utilizing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office, in order to create impactful collateral. Miss Hanlon's mission lies with creating visual material that helps the user to connect with the material. She believes that the journey of reaching a solution is just as important as the solution itself, making sure each piece of collateral is crafted to its highest quality.

Christie Robinson

Ms. Robinson has more than 20 years of experience in water resource planning. Her experience includes environmental permitting, NEPA/CEQA documentation, and compliance primarily for large water infrastructure projects including pipeline segment replacements and new pipelines, dam seismic retrofits and removal, and federal flood control projects.

dennis kasper - CTO

During his 40 years of professional experience, Dr. Kasper has provided technical advice and supervised the planning and implementation of major national and international civil engineering projects. These projects have been primarily municipal and industrial water supply, wastewater treatment and recycling, and hazardous wastes disposal. He has extensive experience with planning and designing wastewater treatment and reclamation systems to produce Title 22 and higher quality waters. He has evaluated water quality changes and water impacts in a variety of recycled water applications.

James Brezack - Founder, President

Mr. Brezack has more than 30 years of experience in water resources and wastewater planning, including the master planning and design of water, sewer, water supply, and recycled water facilities. He is experienced in all phases of CEQA compliance requirements and in the interpretation of state and federal environmental policies. Through his project experience, he has developed expertise in environmental planning and regulatory compliance for projects involving California utilities. He also has established relationships with state and federal funding agencies. Additionally, Mr. Brezack has played a key role as a grant writer and principal investigator for assisting public agencies in securing additional project funds through the grant process. His grant-writing experience includes work on several recycled water projects.

John Rosenblum

Dr. Rosenblum has been an Industrial Water and Energy Efficiency Consultant for 21 years. John has been involved in many industrial water efficiency projects that have reduced process wastewater volumes and loads by 30-90%, with operational savings that pay for the capital investment in 0.5-2.0 years. He has helped develop innovative incentive programs for industrial/commercial water efficiency and wastewater reduction for several San Francisco Bay Area cities. John has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering where the focus of his education was design and operation of wastewater treatment systems. His Ph.D. is from Stanford University's department of Civil Engineering, where his research focused on the thermodynamics of energy production and utilization, solar cogeneration, energy efficiency, and waste minimization in the food-processing industry.
