Care-A-Van Transit provides necessary safe and efficient transportation access services to seniors, disabled, and truly needy, identifies gaps of transportation needs in the service area and fill those gaps with transportation services... Care-A-Van provides transportation to important and necessary medical appointments for cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, kidney failure, heart disease can be assured transportation for much needed treatment. We also transport to VA Loma Linda Hospital and medical clinic.
