d3food is a group of researchers from Oxford, Leeds, Southampton, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the The George Institute for Global Health. Our goal is to understand how changes to the food system affect the foods that people buy, including government policies and major events (such as the coronavirus pandemic). We will work with the public and the food industry to design and test changes to shops and websites, and build new tools to support people when they buy food... By sharing our experiences we can make changes that can help everyone. We are currently recruiting for a research panel, which will guide the project and help to design and test ways to improve healthy food purchasing.
