With over 25 years of professional fundraising experience, Jeanne has worked in all facets of fundraising and development. Holding her Certificate of Fundraising Management (CFRM) from the Indiana School of Fundraising through Indiana University-Purdue, Indianapolis, IN, she is a member of and Past President of her local Rotary Club; a member and co-chair of the Susquehanna Valley Council of Charitable Gift Planners Board; and is a past board member of the PA Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO).

Jessica Whitmore has been researching and writing grants for over 20 years. She has been instrumental in establishing organizational policies and procedures for the grant process and has managed funded projects through interim and final reports. She also brings an eye for communication with her experience in writing content published for businesses, educational institutions, publications and nonprofits. Jessica has a master's in communication and a bachelor's in broadcasting as well as teaches writing and communication courses at the college level. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Leadership (Community) at Alvernia University.

Martha has an extensive communications background, including nearly a decade of experience as a grant writer. She excels at performing research to identify and qualify potential funders that best align with an organization's mission, as well as managing projects to ensure timely completion of grant proposals and post-award reports. She joined DAZA Development after moving to central Pennsylvania from Albany, N.Y., where she was the grant writer for Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany.
In addition, Martha has 20 years' experience as a newspaper and wire service reporter and editor. She spent much of her journalism career at The Associated Press, including an eight-year stint as a statehouse reporter in Harrisburg, PA, covering education, health care, and social services. She has a bachelor's degree in English and journalism from Syracuse University.

Certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor with a great deal of experience in setting up and maintaining accounting records on the online and desktop platforms in supporting multi-million-dollar program and operational budgets. Additional expertise in payroll processing, including employer federal, state, and local tax setup and form filings.
