My name is Richard and my wife is Leslie. The Diamond S is a nod to the cattle brand my family used while I was growing up in Grant County. I started working in the heat and air business in 1994. This was my main occupation for about 10 years. In 2001 we left our jobs and went into full time ministry. Since then I have served as pastor of 3 churches, the last being Leola MBC in Leola, Arkansas. We have been here in Leola since 2009 and love our church family. Over the years I have done many construction jobs both commercial and residential. Most of these have been in the HVACR business.
