DEVOTED MEDICAL BILLING SERVICE - Key Persons

I started my journey in healthcare as a medical assistant working with patients. I went on to have a wonderful career as the co-owner of Ivertex, an EDI medical software company, from 2000-2011 with two nationally used software products. This is where Regina and I first worked together. At Ivertex, my team mastered how to bill in the 837 format directly to payers and to multiple clearinghouses when we transitioned hundreds of offices from a direct dial up software to 837 formats, which included eligibility and the 835 formats. I stayed with Ivertex even after it was acquired until 2012 because of how devoted I am to my clients. I am successfully servicing a large customer since November 2012. I started with the billing and now I manage all their payer relationships including credentialing and contracting for their multiple tax ids, and locations. I have assisted with the licensing of opening 4 of the locations. I reached out to Regina because I was having more providers asking for assistance on credentialing, complex billing issues, and contracting guidance. Now, we have launched Devoted Medical Billing Service. I am looking forward to being a part of DDD Claims success. I also look forward to working with all our clients as their businesses grow.
