Dr. Jean Joseph-Vanderpool, a practicing Psychiatrist, has been providing mental health services in El Paso since 1990. AHS has been providing outpatient community-based services under DSHS (Department State Health Services)... At AHS we are dedicated to our patient's recovery and personal growth.
