Eta Zeta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will be a recognized sisterhood determined to positively impact the community through dedicated service by utilizing chapter committees to carry out the international vision of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., as well as commit to fostering sisterhood through the various community-initiated chapter projects... Through the vision of Eta Zeta Omega's fourteen charter members, Theodis Palmer-McMahon, Almenia Anderson (Richardson), Ruby Scott, Theressa James, Majorie Robinson (Fleming), Florence Chaney, Nancy Dupree, Dorothy Bracey, Bennie Jenkins, Mildred B. Wright, Doris Bultman, Carolyn Farmer, Anna D. Reuben, and Mildred T. Wright and the dedication and diligence of a group of visionary women, the Eta Zeta Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was formed.
