Foremost Brewing Cooperative is the result of local people coming together to achieve a common goal of making Owatonna a more desirable place to live and visit by creating a brewpub, from the ground up, that will become a local treasure and community pillar... The long answer: One of the 7 Principles of a cooperative is support of community. We are committed to supporting Owatonna and the surrounding community. That said, we get A LOT of requests for donations and we simply cannot give to each one... Basically, we are a group of cool people who love beer, good food and Owatonna. We want a cool place to hang out with other cool people and we are all willing to chip in a few bucks to make it happen.
