This clean slate design project is directed towards a next generation network with security as an inherent property leading to strong assurance that operations on the national cyber infrastructure can be conducted securely, safely, reliably and economically... Through the pursuit of a clean-slate network design understand how the communications infrastructure in the United States can deliver in excess of 100Mb/sec to every home and small business securely, reliably, and with privacy.
