Glen Grove Properties LLC is a new name for a family business that's been around for more than 30 years. We're in the rental property ownership and property management business, and specialize in leasing and managing 1-3 Bedroom apartments in smaller buildings; from 3 to 12 units. Over the years we've bought and sold several small residential buildings; duplexes, triplexes, condos, and owned and managed them with a personal touch. We've been fortunate to have had mostly long term residents and not many vacancies! All of our apartments are currently registered with the HCIDLA rent control.
