Adam recently graduated with a Masters of Sustainability and in a previous life, was a physiotherapist working across population health and high-level adolescent sport. It is his passion for health and the environment that has drawn him to working for ISC, striving to make a built environment more conducive to better human and planetary health. Outside of work, Adam you are just as likely to see him outside, running or surfing, or inside, reading a book (fantasy) or catching the latest film.

Amelia is an experienced professional Director with a strong governance track record including as a Director on both the Beca Group Board the Beca Ltd (NZ) Board; the board of Te Tupu Ngātahi Alliance (Auckland Transport and Waka Kotahi); and previously on the Advisory Board of the NZ Sustainable Business Council. Amelia has enduring professional networks within government, and a deep understanding of government processes, as demonstrated by her appointment as a member of the ‘Randerson Review' panel advising the NZ government on reform of the resource management system. This has initiated a comprehensive reform programme in NZ. Amelia has demonstrated expertise and is trained in governance of organisational culture, health, safety and environment systems and procedures (including compliances), risk, quality and financial management processes, and business initiative development and implementation. Amelia is recognised for her collaborative and strategic vision leadership style. Amelia also directs Beca's Sustainability function, both as Board Champion, and in leading Beca's advisory business. Amelia has provided leadership in the establishment and implementation of business sustainability goals, including setting carbon emissions targets, and establishing processes to oversee our footprint & handprint transformation programme. Her role advising the NZ government on reform of the resource management system demonstrates both wider professional recognition and her skills in collaborative problem solving. This experience can assist in strategy discussions on the role of ISC frameworks within regulatory processes and how these may be strengthened through legislation. Amelia has read ISCs Strategic Plan. Our goals excite her and align with her own values and aspirations for the transformation our world needs to see. Andrea Makris

Andrea joined ISC in July 2022 with over 20 years' experience working in business development and strategic partnerships across the government, not-for-profit, SME and corporate sectors. In her most recent role, Andrea consulted for a First Nations start-up, the Indigenous Entrepreneur Network. Prior to that role, she managed the corporate partnerships portfolio of the Botanic Gardens Greater Sydney, which encompassed the world-leading botanical research and conservation entity, the Australian Institute of Botanical Sciences. In 2016 and 2017, she worked with Destination NSW as the Vivid Sydney Commercial Partnerships Specialist to deliver large-scale, high-impact sponsor activations across the festival landscape. Andrea holds an MBA and is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Managers and Leaders. She began her career with a Bachelor of Communications (UTS) and has worked extensively in the cultural industries and diversity sector, demonstrating an active commitment to sustainable communities that balance economic, environmental, cultural and social development. In her spare time, Andrea loves to spend time with her young family, attend live music gigs and go on bush-walks.

With a Bachelors in Environmental Engineering and Masters in Environmental and Business Management, Asim has over 12 years experience in sustainability reporting, environmental data management, carbon accounting and green infrastructure project management, predominantly in the Local Government sector. Asim loves reading, keeping up to date with current affairs, and enjoys taking part in trivia nights. Asim is also an ardent Tennis, Cricket, and Formula 1 fan, and spends his weekends hiking and snorkelling along various spots in and around Sydney.

Benjamin Wade

Ben joins ISC as an IS Project Manager supporting the Queensland market. He previously worked as a Project Manager for a civil contractor in Melbourne for 3 and a half years, delivering major road and airport infrastructure projects. Ben has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and infrastructure) and undertook research on construction waste management in Australia and the Netherlands. Ben is an avid musician, and play in a couple of bands, as well as a very big motorcycle enthusiast.

After working with property development in Brazil and Australia, in 2018 Diego found his purpose and passion in the combination of sustainability and science-based solutions that can create long-lasting outcomes to benefit present and future generations. His multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural professional journey has equipped him with transferrable skills that can be applied at fast-paced, purpose-driven work environments with focus on sustainable development. Diego is at his best when faced with challenges and opportunities that align with his passions and areas of interest, which currently include sustainability strategies, resource efficiency, resilience, climate action, ESG and circular economy. He holds a Law degree, a Postgraduate degree in Sustainable Development & Environment, and a Master of Planning, along with several other qualifications in Sustainability Leadership, Project Management, Climate Action, and Circular Economy. Dr Kerry Griffiths

Dr Griffiths also completed a PhD on how to enhance sustainability outcomes through the use of sustainability rating tools in infrastructure. She is well versed in all things infrastructure sustainability and brings with her many years of experience in this field.

Emelee Mello

Emelee Mello New Zealand Lead, IS Ratings & Delivery Emelee joined the ISC in July 2023, taking on the role of Aotearoa Lead. Her journey in the infrastructure sector began over a decade ago during a working holiday in Australia, where she first gained hands-on experience in the industry. This early exposure sparked her genuine passion for the field. Before joining the ISC, Emelee worked as the National HSSE Manager for Major Infrastructure Projects in Renewable Energy at a multinational integrated services company. Beyond her professional endeavours, Emelee is an adventurous soul who draws inspiration from the great outdoors. She enjoys exploring new destinations, embracing challenges in rock climbing, and practicing yoga. Moreover, Emelee dedicates her time to charitable work and caring for foster animals

Gabriela Echavarria Suarez

Glenn Hedges

Glenn has over 25 years' experience in infrastructure and building delivery across the UK, New Zealand and all Australian jurisdictions, including a mix of C-Suite functional management and technical advisory and delivery roles within the CIMIC Group over the past 15 years. Glenn's extensive experience across a range of assets provide him with comprehensive insights into the practical drivers of change that effectively influence sustainability outcomes and decision making across planning, procurement, delivery and operations. His principle belief is that increased industry stakeholder and shareholder value are generated from a more proactive, pragmatic and evidence-based approach to sustainability and innovation. Ultimately, Glenn seeks to share his delivery, management and leadership insights and experiences with ISCA's leadership team to enable it to increase its influence and impact in the infrastructure sector. Glenn's early vision, tenacity and passion contributed to co-founding what is now ISCA and holding a Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary role during ISCA's formative years to 2012. Since then, Glenn has continued to be a fierce advocate by continuing to directly support ISCA in paid and voluntary capacities. It is acknowledged that suspension of these support roles would occur if Glenn returns to the Board. Acknowledged by his industry peers for his delivery and technical experience, Glenn will provide valuable direction and focus on governance and strategy, particularly ensuring ISCA's internal governance processes and performance meet industry's expectations of providing: a first-class service to its members and stakeholders, accelerated evolution of its existing rating tools to ensure they remain fit for purpose, useful performance benchmarking data, and higher profile advocacy of issues which create impact. Jane Nicholls

With an extensive leadership career spanning major media transformations globally, commercialisation of the first single view multi-media data measurement system in Australia and most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer of the NSW Business Chamber, we are delighted to announce Jane's appointment to the position of General Manager, Membership. According to CEO, Ainsley Simpson, Jane's role with the business chamber was of particular relevance to ISC. In her capacity as COO, not only did she successfully engage complex stakeholder organisations, but also led the chamber through an expansive transformation program which included re-thinking how to better engage, grow and retain Members across all industry segments. With the chamber, Jane went on to lead Policy and Advocacy and was able to re-focus the team to ignite not only heightened government interest and attention, but also the interest and support of the wider community. Jeremy Stone

His 15 years of Board experience includes J-Power, Monash College, Nubian Water and Caulfield Grammar School. Committee experience includes GHD, Engineers Australia and International School of Manila. At executive level, he is the CEO of an advisory and investment company, co-founder of a professional development training company, was previously the Regional Director - Asia and the global head of the Innovation & Digital group for GHD, a 10,000 strong professional services company. He is a professional engineer with post graduate qualifications in management, member of AICD and lived and worked in the UK and Asia for 14 years.

Luke Sammut

Luke joined the Melbourne office in February 2020 and responsible for proving support to IS project managers throughout the ratings process. Luke has a degree in Bachelor of psychological sciences, sustainability and climate policy and masters in environmental management and sustainability. After graduating, Luke has gained experience within the national electricity market. Luke worked with one of Australia's leading renewable focused electricity retailers and generator. His roles' particular focus was on Diamond Energy's business to business process and management within the National Electricity Market. Outside of work, Luke loves everything outdoors from camping to hiking, and he's a big soccer fan.

Michel Colen

Michel joined ISC in January 2023 as a business consultant and brings a diverse background across a wide range of industries. Michel has a degree in Chemical Engineering and experience across power generation, FMCG, cement production, local government and aged care. Monique Isenheim

Monique comes to ISC with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of business and sustainability. She is particularly passionate about market-based solutions for growing investment into the Sustainable Development Goals. She has worked in for-profit and not-for-profit organisations in Germany, the USA and Australia, developing collaboration and business models that drive impact for people and planet - from sustainable procurement and supply chains to regenerative ventures. Monique has also led multiple innovation projects and is a keen believer in agile ways of working. In her spare time Monique enjoys exploring all things in the great outdoors, from bushwalking and camping to running and looking after the backyard garden.

Nicole Lee

Noel Johnson

Noel joined the ISC team as a Data Analyst in July 2022. He did his master's degree in Renewable and Sustainable Energy Engineering from Monash University. After which he worked in the solar Industry helping design, operate and implement solar installations as well as develop tools to price solar power purchase agreements with commercial clients. In his free time Noel enjoys travelling, camping, and hiking with his friends.

Owen Buckley

After 15 years working across state and Commonwealth government, Owen joined the ISC in June 2022 in the role of General Manager, Ratings and Delivery. Owen brings extensive experience in the public sector across interpretation and application of complex legislation, international stakeholder relationship building, enhancing organisational capability, and building and empowering high performing teams. Owen has worked within complex and dynamic environments including national security threat analysis, biosecurity threat analysis, refugee and complementary protection regime, identity investigations and overseas as Australian government representative at the Australian High Commission in South Africa. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) and Master of International Studies from the University of Queensland. Owen grew up in the Northern Territory but is currently based in Brisbane. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and his border collie. Before joining Sydney Water, Paul held the position of General Manager Program and Portfolio Management at Northern Territory's Power and Water Corporation. From 2011 to 2013, he held several senior management and major project roles with Melbourne Water. Paul has more than 25 years' experience in the water industry with particular focus on the development and delivery of investment programs. He has successfully led large, complex infrastructure projects that have involved significant interaction with the community and stakeholders. Paul has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Victoria University of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from AGSM, and has completed executive education at INSEAD (France) with a focus on strategic partnering.

Growing up in Melbourne and visiting family in Sri Lanka, Randini grew a passion for understanding the different ways in which people interact with, live in, and manage the environment around them. Outside of work, Randini enjoys undertaking new craft projects, going for walks, and watching a range of TV shows.

Reshma Vallabhaneni

Hailing from South India, she relocated to Melbourne for her higher studies, earning a master's degree in marketing with a specialization in customer and digital marketing analytics. Rina Romeo

My career began at Barclays Bank as a Collections officer moving into Commercial Lending. I then moved onto working at American Express for 15 years as a Credit Analyst in the personal and then moving into Corporate services department. To then having a little break raising my children. I then went onto working and left my last role at Care Pharmaceuticals where I worked for 4 ½ years, being part of the finance team. My hobbies include soccer and Rugby. (Yes completely opposite, however I have 2 boys playing different codes).

Rob de Carvalho

Rob is leading the Infrastructure Sustainability Council's digitisation program, with a particular focus on the IS Rating Scheme. Rob has worked in both technology and operations roles in logistics, non-profit and professional services organisations and brings over 15 years of experience in finding practical and effective digital solutions. In his spare time, you will find Rob walking his two dogs, playing dodgeball or reading about new technology.

Saptarshi Majumdar

Saptarshi joined ISC in December 2022 as a IS Project Manager. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Delhi Technological University. He began his career in New Zealand as a Solar Ambassador (Sales Specialist) and later worked as a Solar Engineer. With previous experience at Fortune 500 real estate companies such as CBRE, he brings a wealth of technical and non-technical expertise to the table, all aligned with his visionary commitment to sustainability. Outside of work, Saptarshi is passionate about music and plays the keyboard for various bands. He also manages a YouTube channel featuring celebrity interviews, including renowned cyclist Somen Debnath. His love for nature is evident in his travel experiences, which are always in harmony with his sustainability values.

Sarisha Hurrisunker

Sarisha joined the ISC New South Wales team in January 2023 with a solid technical background in civil engineering and associated project management over the last ten years. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Auckland and previously worked at Auckland Council as principal's advisor for council infrastructure asset management and development projects, with a leading role in water efficiency, strategic assessments, business case proposals, innovation trials, and project delivery. Her joy stems from integrating her experience as a civil engineer with sustainability. Outside of work, she loves yoga and playing social tennis.

Suzanne Walker

Suzanne joined the Infrastructure Sustainability Council in September 2023 as a project manager for Victoria. Her previous roles have encompassed traffic and transport engineering, rail engineering, academic research, project management, and consulting on the implementation of drones and AI. With a civil engineering degree, a diploma in sustainability, and an ongoing PhD focused on design outcomes derived from community engagement in infrastructure projects, Suzanne is deeply committed to advancing the mission of ISC. Outside of work, I like spending time outdoors, particularly at the beach or gardening. I enjoy playing the flute, and learning how to make all sorts of things.

Tyrel Momberg

Tyrel has a wealth of sustainability and rating tool experience, having worked with different rating tools across 3 continents over the last 14 years. Outside of work Tyrel likes spending time with friends and family, enjoying Perth's many beaches and wine farms.
