A John's customer contacted us because no cool air was coming from their air conditioner. This customer has two older HVAC systems in their home. After discussion, the customer decided to entertain estimates for new system and opted to replace the old systems with newer and more energy efficient Trane 3 & 4 ton, 2 stage, Seer 2 split units with outdoor condensers and coils. A Peak Performance Maintenance member called John's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing to schedule their seasonal maintenance for both of the systems at their house. When the tech arrived for the inspection, the customer wanted to discuss a replacement quote they were presented with during their last visit and was curious if the pricing was still accurate. It was, so the customer decided to move forward with replacing their systems for increased comfort. We installed Trane 18 Seer Communicating Variable Speed Heat Pump with Variable Speed Air Handlers, a new filter base with a filter for the air handler, new transition duct work for the air handler, and a new condensate pump. A surge protector was installed on an electrical disconnect outside to protect the system from surges, which is crucial to have in our Arizona climate. Lastly, a new communicating Nexia thermostat was installed for unit. The new system is backed by a 10-year parts, 10-year Compressor, and 2-year labor warranty on top of all of John's Installation & Replacement Guarantees.

Brad Parks has over 26 years of plumbing experience. Brad's dad was also a plumber, which means he is very familiar with the 'sticky' plumbing situations in Arizona. He can solve just about any plumbing problem that comes his way. In addition to being a plumber, Brad also serves his community as a firefighter and Captain of the fire department.

C. Andrew John grew up working alongside his dad on rooftops and in attics fixing AC systems. You could say that the HVAC trade in in Andrew's DNA. He officially started working for John's when he was 16. Andrew took over the company after his father retired, and since then he's continued the family legacy of serving the community. He is dedicated to continuing his dad's tradition of ‘putting customer service first.' He believes that forging relationships with his customers, team members, and vendors based on honesty and integrity is the only way to do business. We arrived to perform routine maintenance on two Amana furnaces. Upon arrival, our customer explained that one furnace turns on but does not heat. He further explained that he could hear the blower running, but nothing else happened. After diagnosing the issue, we found a bad inducer motor. Due to the ages of the systems, current condition, history of breakdowns, and the expense of the needed repairs, the technician recommended replacing the system. Several months later, our customer contacted us to provide no cost estimates on replacements and ultimately decided to replace the old inefficient systems. We replaced the current furnaces with two 4-ton Trane furnaces covered by the manufacturer's ten-year parts, 12-year compressor, 20-year heat exchanger, and two-year labor warranty. In addition to the warranties, John's covers all installations with our Installed Right Guarantee and Money Back Guarantee. We installed 2 new Trane single stage split systems with A/C coils and furnaces located in the attic. Condensers were installed outside of the residence. The furnaces were installed with new supply and return boxes, collars with dampers, safety switches, full length pans and all duct work at the unit was sealed. The condenser was installed with a new disconnect, whip, and surge protector. We did a complete start up and QCA. 10-year parts, 10-year compressor, 20-year heat exchanger, 2-year labor warranties. When our customer's furnace wasn't reaching the set temperature, they called Johns to diagnose the problem. It turned out, their entire furnace was unoperational and they needed a new one. They decided to get a brand new 5 ton Trane furnace. To ensure optimal system operation we installed a new trapeze, a full size pan, and insulated plenums with dampers. For safety we also installed a new gas shutoff valve and whip, a new flu vent, and a new safety switch. To maximize efficiency we sealed all the connections and ran a direct supply to the plenum. The customer also received a new disconnect with a whip and a new condenser pad. Our customer will enjoy years of comfort and peace of mind with a 10 year parts and 20 years heat exchanger warranty.
