Karen joined Fasta early in our infancy when we set up Virtual Assistant services for our wealth management space. Given the early infancy we were navigating, she took the steps necessary to reach out externally to find mentors to acquire the knowledge needed to establish this business initiative. Karen also worked well with her colleagues, building close relationships with our technical team to ensure that business requirements were met and that all parties involved were a part of the conversation design journey. As Karen is moving to Canada, she is unable to continue her work at Fasta. However, her exceptional performance, be it her willingness to take the initiative and learn to her thoughtfulness in design, will make her an asset for whoever is blessed to have her on their team in the future...
