L-MOUNT

The L-Mount is a lens bayonet developed by Leica Camera. It allows for optional combinations of interchangeable lenses and cameras made by Leica Camera, Panasonic and SIGMA... The L-Mount Alliance is a partnership comprised of founding members Leica Camera, Sigma, and Panasonic, along with numerous additional manufacturers. Its aim is to provide photographers with one unified lens mount standard across multiple brands. Developed by Leica Camera, the L-Mount enables the seamless combination of cameras and lenses produced by any of the Alliance partners. This gives photographers access to a vast portfolio of compatible equipment, and greater flexibility when it comes to compiling the camera system of their choice.
