Richard is very experienced at drafting and reviewing the many contracts related to real estate transactions. From simple purchase and lease agreements, to complex, multi-party REA agreements in Kentucky... Because of Richard's lengthy background in commercial real estate, he's been exposed to an endless list of legal issues involving residential and commercial transactions for nearly 30 years. His family has been associated with the real estate investment side since 1944-a family busines in which Richard is still very much active. From Richard's early days as a mortgage originator with Plaza Funding, to running his own residential brokerage (Estate Source), Richard continues to serve his Lexington commercial clients, in both the practice of law and as the Principal Broker of his own property management firm, LOM Properties, LLC.
