Elizabeth Mann is the founder of Mann Legal Team. She is a successful trial lawyer as well as a trusted advisor to many companies providing healthcare and pharmaceutical products and services. She concentrates her practice on complex litigation matters and health care regulatory and transactional activities.
Elizabeth's clients report that they have been very satisfied with the results that she delivers. They attribute this success to her mature sense of risk assessment, allowing her to give odds beating advice when it comes to strategic decisions involving how hard to push a case, whether to try it, and when, and under what circumstances, to settle. James White's practice focuses on complex consumer and business litigation, personal injury, and healthcare regulatory matters. Prior to joining Mann Legal Team, he worked at one of Los Angeles' premier plaintiff firms, where he focused on mass tort litigation, class actions, and catastrophic personal injury.
In every matter, James takes great care to develop a close working relationship with his clients. He stresses the importance of clear and consistent communication to best serve those clients.
Stephanie received her Paralegal Certificate with Distinction, from UCLA in 2020. She also holds a B.A. In English from Eastern Connecticut State University. Stephanie is a member of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association and a California Notary Public. Stephanie has prepared major cases for trial, and has experience in litigation preparation, e-Discovery. She has assisted in preparing estate planning documents and contracts.
