Nick has been serving clients in the West New York, NJ area, including Hudson, Essex and Union Counties, since his admission to the bar in 1994. He has extensive experience handling complex personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial. Throughout the decades of his legal practice, Nick has represented hundreds upon hundreds of accident victims and has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his injured clients. He is dedicated to providing professional legal representation as well as personal attention to each of his clients. He is proud of his proven track record of fighting large insurance companies and corporations in order to vindicate the rights of his injured clients. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Justice. Nick and his office staff are fluent in Spanish.
Nick is the son of Cuban immigrants that fled Castro in 1960. His parents came to the United States with very little money seeking freedom and opportunity. After arriving in the United States, Nick's father worked in a factory during the day and attended dental school at night, despite having already graduated dental school in Cuba. Nick was and continues to be inspired by his parents' example of hard work and commitment and attributes his successful legal practice to them.
