Open Access is part of the California Statewide System of Support. Our primary goal is to support the development of regional lead teams who support ongoing capacity building (training, coaching and technical support) in our three focus areas. We believe that by supporting more universally designed learning environments including the tools that can eliminate barriers to learning, we can increase student access to quality curriculum, participation and active engagement with learning in inclusive settings...
