• Created vCMDB services section for internal customers, providing easy-to-use user-interface for put and get requests to vCMDB, which was only done in console in the past... • Resulted in customers being able to make requests to vCMDB themselves rather than a support ticket to the infrastructures team, a massive improvement in time to obtain the information needed to continue automation for the team...
