Punarvas School is a registered organization under The National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities... With a perception of providing Education and training to more & more Intellectually disabled students, our school was started on 17th July1981 at Goregaon West under the vision of Late Mr. Prabhakar Modak (Social Worker). Our journey started with two Intellectually Disabled children & at present we educate 175 special needs children with a view of reaching out to 500 Intellectually Disabled children after the building expansion . We are extremely overjoyed to inform you that our School has completed 41 years on 17th July, 2023 since its Foundation in 1981... At Punarvas, we have taken proactive steps to address this issue. Our initiative, the Punarvas Education Society's Shri Devrajji Gundecha Punarvas Special School & Vocational Training Centre, is dedicated to empowering individuals with Intellectual..
