Alyssa quickly became a vital part of our customer support team after beginning her career in transportation with R & S Delivered in 2021. Alyssa and her husband have five children and a fur baby. She enjoys traveling to sporting events, taking her pup on walks, sunflowers and spending time with her friends and family.

Amy came to R & S Delivered in 2021 with four years experience in the shipping industry. She is a huge asset to our company in customer support.
Amy is an animal lover with a collection of Dachshunds. On the weekends, you'll find her attending NASCAR races, St. Louis Cardinals games or watching her kids in their sporting events. She also loves watching a slow sunset, listening to music and enjoying the outdoors while making memories with her friends and family.
Ashley came to R & S Delivered in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in transportation and logistics from the University of Arkansas. She has worked in various facets of the transportation industry for over 20 years and is an invaluable member of our team.
Ashley is married to her high school sweetheart and they have a daughter and four fur babies to keep them busy.
Brittany has been in the transportation industry since starting with R & S Delivered in 2017. She excelled in her customer support role and was promoted to Customer Account Manager.
At home, Brittany has four kids and two pups that keep her moving! She enjoys watching her children play sports and spending time with family and friends. She loves taking trips on the Harley, enjoying scenic Jeep rides and trying new foods.
Cindy has been with the R & S Delivered team since 2018. She has over 22 years accounting experience within the transportation industry making her an expert in the field.
She enjoys traveling and creating memories with her husband, Willie. Cindy's daughter, Mariah, and two grandsons, Caiden and Carson, are the lights of her life.

Hannah is the newest member of the team; she joined R & S Delivered in 2022. She has put in the time and effort to learn the transportation industry and has proven, in just a few short months, to be an integral part of R & S.
Hannah is a dog mom to two four-legged children and works as a personal dog trainer in her spare time. She is also a book worm and loves binge watching true crime documentaries.

After starting her transportation career with R & S Delivered in 2020, Jennifer was quickly promoted to Customer Account Manager. She and her husband have four children. After hours, Jennifer enjoys coaching softball and spending time at the lake.

Katie came to R & S Delivered in 2020 with 14 years experience in the less than truckload (LTL) industry. We are lucky to have her knowledge and expertise as a customer support representative.
Katie enjoys reading, watching movies and listening to music. She's a self-proclaimed "geek" who enjoys Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings and Doctor Who. She has been married since 2008 and her children are the four-legged variety.
Russ Schultz spent the early decades of his career as a sales representative in the truckload transportation industry, working the majority of those years as a sales representative for Indiana Western Express (IWX) in Springfield, Mo., and then briefly for Earl L. Henderson Trucking in Caseyville, Ill.
He liked to say the biggest lesson he learned during those years was that integrity and honesty were the most important values of any business.
Russ' wife Stacey Schultz shared his belief in those values. That's why she began to urge Russ to start a business where they could work together to instill those values in every customer interaction. On January 19, 2014, Russ and Stacey founded R & S Delivered, LLC in the basement of their home.
With Russ' expertise in the transportation industry and Stacey's experience in nonprofit management, the business took off quickly. The pair had their first load on the books before they could even master the software.

Sami joined the R & S Delivered team in 2020. She works in Customer Support and Accounting. In her spare time, Sami enjoys traveling the world and going on adventures. She recently moved out west to pursue her dreams of becoming a model.

Shanna started her transportation career in 2021 when she joined R & S Delivered. She has grown to be an integral part of the day-to-day operations in Customer Support. She is a married mother of two children who keep her busy. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and going Harley riding with her husband.
Stacey is extremely proud to run a certified woman-owned business. She hand-selected each employee for her unique skills and talents to curate a team that functions as a well-oiled machine.
Aside from running a successful business, Stacey is an avid traveler. She and her late husband, Russ, shared many adventures. Of special importance to her is time spent with family at a remote little place known as Round Lake, in Jackson County, Fla. Stacey is now building memories there with the 5th generation - her granddaughter, Claire, and grandson, Thomas Russell. These precious ones are the absolute delights of her life.
Of all the titles she earned over the years, Stacey loved being "wife" to the love of her life and co-founder of R & S Delivered, the most. These days, the title "GiGi" is what brings a beaming smile to her face.
After hours, Stacey is often found at Blues games, The Fabulous Fox Theatre, Jazz St. Louis, the Missouri Botanical Garden or Women's Teaching Ministry at Greentree Community Church. She also enjoys creating in the kitchen, working in her yard, or helping family and friends in one way or another. She has never met a stranger and delights in getting to know new friends and customers.
Tara has played a crucial role in the success and growth of R & S Delivered since joining the team in 2017. Prior to R & S, Tara spent 18 years honing her skills in various positions in the logistics field.
Tara enjoys spending time with her husband of nearly 20 years, her family, and friends. Tara's kids and grand babies are her motivation to help make this world a more loving place for their future. She also has three wild fur babies and two birds that keep her on her toes! When she has downtime, she spends it binge watching Friends, The Big Bang Theory and her favorite old television shows.

Tiffany joined R & S Delivered as a Customer Support Representative in 2020 and, due to her dedication to the team, was promoted to Customer Account Manager.
In her spare time, Tiffany is an avid dart player and doting aunt to her nieces and nephews. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Tracy joined the team in 2015 with five years prior experience in the field. She has a wealth of understanding of R & S Delivered having worked in various departments. She began her R & S journey in Customer Support, moved up to Customer Account Manager and was then promoted to Operations Manager.
Outside of work, Tracy is enjoying being newly engaged and playing with her three fur babies. She loves watching movies, spending time in the water, and traveling when possible.
