Eric and his wife Elissa, along with their three children, live in Cherry Hill, NJ. Elissa and Eric are currently working with like-minded parents and friends, to bring a group home complex to the Voorhees Township area so developmentally disabled adults will have a place to live and thrive independently. Eric is a Senior Vice President Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He is a graduate of Temple University - Fox Business School and Management. Eric served as President of Congregation Beth El from 2005-2009.
Glenn works closely with many commercial and residential real estate developers, lenders, owners, investors, syndicators and management companies, including those involved in affordable housing. He also has experience with nonprofit organizations, healthcare and medical practices. Glen and his wife Wendy live in Cherry Hill and enjoy spending time in Margate
As one of the founding partners, Sam has been an active leader at Fentell Corp since 1983. He and his wife Dorothy have lived in Cherry Hill for the past 32 years. He has served as past president of the Jewish Community Relations Council of Southern New Jersey, Past President of the Goodwin Holocaust Education and Resource Center in Cherry Hill. Sam is also an active member of Congregation Beth El and its Men's Club. In addition, Sam has served on Beth El's construction committee and was chairman of the house committee. He is also a member of the South Jersey Men's Club and a former Board member of Ancora State Hospital. Sam enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren who all live in this area.
Sam and his wife, Betty, reside in Mount Laurel. Sam and Betty co-founded Sambe Construction Company in 1983, just 5 years after immigrating from the former Soviet Union to seek better opportunities for themselves and their sons, Yan and Ilya. Sam, Betty and their sons co-founded Sahara Sam's Oasis, the nation's first and only free-standing indoor water park. Sam is a strategic, executive advisor to Diggerland USA, a construction adventure park in West Berlin, New Jersey, which he co-founded with his sons in 2014. Sam is an active member of Chabad in Cherry Hill and spends his free time helping his daughter stay active. A graduate of the Polytechnic Institute, Sam has applied all of his life experiences and issues revolving around this industry to help better his fellow coworkers, and act as a mentor to others.
