I am currently a final year student in BA in Conservation: Stone, Wood & Decorative Surfaces at City and Guilds of London Art School. Prior to this, I achieved a first-class degree in Fine Art from Camberwell College of Arts. Subsequently, I spent three years working at Arch Bronze Sculpture Casting Foundry, during which time I developed and honed my technical skills - which include gilding, object handling, clay modelling, mould making, resin and plaster casting...
At City and Guilds, I've developed a range of historic craft skills-from japanning and verre eglomise to wood and stone carving, alongside laser cleaning and conservation science. I have independantly completed client-based treatments for wood, frame, stone, and plaster-cast objects, with projects involving institutions such as Eton College and Rochester Cathedral.
