Terra Firma Africa is a prime contractor and supplier of modern construction technologies, across Kenya, Mozambique and Tanzania, Zanzibar and Zambia. We specialise in building high quality, challenging projects throughout the region for some of the most high profile regional and global companies and developers operating throughout the region. Whether the project is on the remote regions supporting oil and gas exploration, or luxury hotels in Zanzibar, we focus on quality, speed of delivery and understanding our clients' needs... We provide a range of management services to ensure the smooth running of the development once completed. As part of the Sunbird Group our services expand to (but are not limited to): mechanical and electrical building support, building and grounds maintenance, housekeeping and reception staff. As with our building projects, our management services are delivered by our own staff, using local people with a high level of local knowledge, skills and expertise.
