TEJAS PLASMACHINERY

Tejas Plasmachinery is a Partnership firm established in 1994 by Mr. V. S. Gawand and Mr. Vinit Gawand. Tejas Plasmachinery are pioneers in manufacturing of Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruders in India for Polymer compounding and Masterbatches. We designed and developed indigenously our first co-rotating twin screw extruder in 1992. We have manufactured and deployed more than 35 co-rotating twin screw extruder plants across India. The gear box of our product lines have been designed, developed and manufactured indigenously... Apart from manufacturing of extruders we also provide consultancy services for setting up of Plants which includes, planning for factory layout, electrical and piping layouts, guidance in processing of polymers.
