The Institute for International Research and Development (IIRD) was established in 2018 for the purpose of providing international research and development services through a global network of experts and scholars. The headquarters of the Institute for International Research and Development is in Washington, D.C. On January 02, 2019, the regional office of the organization was officially established in Kabul, Afghanistan. The institute was established for the purpose of assisting in global capacity building for integrated international sustainable development through the application of research and advanced training to the problems of development practice and public policy.
