The Pathway Initiative Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, community-based public education organization located in Boston, Massachusetts. The founder, Dr. Lawrence B. Mensah, was inspired to start The Pathway Initiative following his own long educational journey, which lacked support until getting connected with a mentor... We are committed to innovation, education, mentoring, transparency, accountability, diversity, honesty, dedication, and consistency throughout our work. We aim to increase access for talented and motivated, yet underserved, students, to help them achieve their career potential in medicine, the life sciences, and biotechnology, and support their return to medically underserved communities, increasing health care access for all.
