As a Learning and Organisational Development Consultant Chris Collett delivers bespoke and prescribed leadership and management programmes at all levels of business, this includes design, administration and evaluation.
A resilient and accomplished coach, facilitator and educator, Chris' delivery is underpinned by a consistent and passionate focus on people and the teams they operate within.
For nearly 40 years Jonathan Alexander has experienced leadership roles across the IT industry gained at IBM, BT, BMC Software and VMware. Most recently establishing and leading an EMEA wide team to successfully transform and energise a major line of business for VMware, working in partnership with the "factory" in California.
He has led and contributed to major change programmes and has experienced first-hand the criticality of winning hearts and minds to ensure the success of any endeavour.

Over the last 30 years, Lewis Gee has held EMEA leadership roles in companies from start-up to $1bn+ organisations. Personally building and managing sales teams which have grown revenues from less than $1 million to over $100 million in the region.

Luca Stigliano is a Human Resources professional with an extensive experience in a variety of different HR domains and industries. He has spent most of his career in the software arena serving as HR Business Partner and leading international teams.
Luca's passion and focus has always been for leadership development, talent management, and change.
Italian, currently based in Milan, Luca lived and worked in the UK where he led the EMEA People Development team for VMware. He has been a certified Counsellor since 2013.

With 30 over years of experience leading large global teams in the technology industry, Martin has a unique perspective on how to build and scale high performing teams. He has lived and worked in EMEA, US and Australia and has led global teams of up 600 people. He was a Senior Leader at Citrix for 18 years and saw the company grow from $300m to over $3b in revenue.
In that time, he established the Citrix EMEA Technical Services team from scratch and grew it to over 200 people. He also served as Global Head of IT and as Head of Technical Support. In his earlier career he successfully established smaller technology businesses in Europe and Australia.
A qualified Executive Coach, Company Director, and experienced Leadership mentor, Martin has particular experience in selecting and developing leadership talent and in leading teams through significant growth and change.
Pippa Hutchinson has held senior commercial roles over the last 30 years in Tesco, the BBC and in management consultancy. A leader of large teams delivering multi-million-pound sales and profit targets, she is experienced at working in high pressure fast paced environments where there is a clear expectation to deliver outstanding results.
With her commercial background, Pippa is a passionate believer that unlocking the power of teams drives results by increasing productivity and stopping attrition in its tracks.
