Carole Latham

Carole joined Graham + Sibbald's Manchester office as a Director from Latham Davies, a chartered architects practice that she co-founded and ran for 15 years in Sheffield. Her design approach is rooted in building site-specific, low carbon architectural solutions demonstrating how value and delight can be achieved for commercial projects. After graduating as an architect, Carole's chartered career started in Glasgow, working for seven years in social housing, community projects, urban regeneration, student developments, tenement refurbishments, prominent listed building conversions and extra care sheltered housing. Carole spearheaded her time at Sheffield as the lead architect for Velocity 1, a significant mixed-use high-rise development in Sheffield city centre. Not afraid to tackle development herself, she was also responsible for the creation of a unique duplex apartment overlooking Sheffield Cathedral. Carole worked as a design studio tutor with the prestigious University of Sheffield architecture department, consolidating mentoring skills with design-based research into the current challenges facing the built environment.

Gavin Miller

Gavin is a Chartered Surveyor working primarily within the Stirling office, although he has responsibility for the Stirling and Falkirk offices. Gavin studied Property at Aberdeen University and joined Graham + Sibbald in 2012. From there he was promoted to Associate in 2015, to Director in 2020 and then Partner in 2023. Gavin specialises in residential valuations and carries out surveys on a daily basis for the purposes of Home Reports, Mortgage Valuations, Energy Performance Certificates and more. He carries out valuations within Stirling and surrounding areas for a range of clients including solicitors, estate agents and private clients. Gavin sits on the firms Residential Committee and also the Residential Strategy Board.

Hugh Anderson

Hugh brings over 25 years' experience working both nationally and internationally, primarily in the provision of the sale and acquisition of hotels. He brings widespread experience in all aspects of the hotel sector, including brokerage, development advice, hotel deal structures, agency and valuation advice, with extensive knowledge of key brands and UK markets. He joined Graham + Sibbald's Manchester office in mid-October 2021, leading the presence of Hotel + Leisure services across England.
