Alexander Mollinger is a petroleum engineer with 15+ years of upstream oil & gas experience in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America; in both public and private equity backed companies.
He was the commercial advisor to the Executive Chairman and CEO of Cove Energy, where he guided the company through a monthslong bidding war and its £1.2 billion (US$1.9 billion) sale to Thailand's national energy company PTT.
Alexander has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and an BSc and MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
Christian is a geologist with 12 years of experience in the industry. After starting his career at the Anglo American mining company he specialized in Petroleum Geoscience and worked as oil well logging engineer, project manager for solution-mining projects, and lastly as exploration geologist at Hansa Hydrocarbons, where he was instrumental in the 2017 discovery of the largest offshore gas field in the Netherlands and Germany in 25+ years. Christian previously co-founded Tsavorite Legacy, where he led the evaluation and recommissioning of the world's first Tsavorite gemstone mine in Kenya.
Friedrich is a serial entrepreneur and business angel from Hamburg, Germany. Originally coming from a Science background in plant genetics, he gained thorough business planning expertise at Roland Berger Strategy Consultancy and is founder of several startups, some of which were successfully sold.
As CFO Friedrich is responsible for business planning and financing.
Ricardo is a geologist from Salta with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. During his over 30 year long tenure at the Mining Department, he held various roles including head of the geological development programme, responsible for the promotion of investment in the mining sector. Ricardo has authored and co-authored numerous publications, his knowledge of the geology of the Argentine Northwest is second to none.
Sofia is a lawyer from Salta with 10 years of experience in the private sector. Her main research interests include investigation of procedural law. She is a member of the Argentinian Association of procedural Law (AADP) and the project IBERPROCESO which involves the study of procedural innovations in all fields across Ibero-America. Sofia Studied in Moscow and Buenos Aires where she obtained her degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
