Grant's experience in IT infrastructure covers some 23 years starting in 1997 when he worked for a highly respected IT Hardware Reseller who specialised in the provision of Digital equipment and licenses before then moving onto a Business Development role with Dell at their then European HQ on the outskirts of Dublin. In both roles, Grant saw that the challenge of supplying consultancy services was a major issue for businesses large and small so transferred his skill set and IT knowledge across to the recruitment sector where he has enjoyed success in building long standing relationships, mainly across the Travel / Tourism / Leisure industry due to his experience and extensive knowledge of the IT Infrastructure landscape. Grant is one of Henderson Scott's Associate Director's who joined the company in 2015 to compliment growing our contract/interim side of the business.

Jennifer's career began in sales placing skilled technical contractors within the investment banking industry. Since joining Henderson Scott in 2008, Jennifer has trained in accountancy and law, working strategically with management to grow the business, capitalising on key markets and opportunities in the ever-changing tech industry. In December 2018 Jennifer has been the COO, managing all back office functions, driving continuous improvement, ensuring the team are on top of all legislation changes and are early adopters of technological advancements. Working closely with the CEO, Jennifer works to define the business strategy which is to remain a benchmark of excellence in the market. A busy mum of 2 young children, in the rare spare time Jennifer has she enjoys playing netball.

JONATHAN DAVIES

Jonathan has 15 years Commercial recruitment experience and prior to joining Henderson Scott 8 years ago ran the Sales Recruitment division for a FTSE100 recruitment organisation. As Managing Director he now heads our Commercial Recruitment Teams in London who deliver into three core markets: Cyber Security, Cloud & Software Vendor. The team comprises of 20 talented Sales recruiters who work across the UK, EMEA, North America & APAC. As part of Jonathan's role he leads his teams on all Customer Success activities, securing new Clients and acting as escalation point for our key account recruitment projects.

In 1999, he formed Henderson Scott with a view to specialise in Emerging Technologies, and have developed niche market areas in Cloud, Digital Transformation and Cyber Security. Mark has guided Henderson Scott to become a market leader in the niche IT space, achieving many industry awards for client, candidate and employee services. Henderson Scott grew from £0 to £28m revenue and Mark completed the successful sale to Search Recruitment Group in August 2018.
