Daniel Kim has been practicing architecture for over 12 years and has specialized in custom residential architecture. From the smallest bathroom to large-scale renovations, he has worked on over 100 residential houses with a total construction value over 40 million dollars.
Mr. Kim's interest in working from a design-build perspective makes him a perfect fit with 3G Architects' philosophy of making happy clients and beautiful projects. Throughout a job, he maintains clear and open communications with contractors to ensure that the client's needs are met or exceeded with regard to building codes, building systems, finish specifications, and all aspects of design.
Prior to joining 3G Architects, Mr. Kim was a Senior Architect at Soe Lin & Associates, LLC, where his focus was on multiple international projects, including the Royal Textile Academy in Thimphu, Bhutan; Heritage Resort and Hotel in Bagan, Myanmar; and Jade Market & Pagoda in Mandalay, Myanmar.
Michael Greigg recently established 3G Architects, LLC and is energized to lead his staff in fulfilling 3G Architects' mission of making happy clients and beautiful projects. Mr. Greigg is a client-centric architect who believes in listening to each client to hone in on their needs and preferences so as to provide a personalized, creative, beautiful and affordable design solution.
