Jacob Yakos has been a successful accountant for over 15 years with extensive experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, with an emphasis on audit and tax. Jacob served as the CFO of a mid-sized nonprofit for 6 years. He has built several nonprofit organizations from the ground up. Jacob has worked in the USA and internationally in over 30 countries. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana and a Master's Degree of Accountancy with a tax emphasis from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. He received his CPA Certificate in 2013. Jacob lives in Colorado Springs, CO with his wife and two children.
Lorien George has over 10 years of experience across various non-profits serving in local education systems, cities, nationwide, and international. She has worked in team building and management, speaking and training, managing funds, event planning, and served as an administrative head and operations director. Having pioneered non-profits with other leadership members from the ground-up, she understands grass-roots movement, hard work, maximizing tight budgets, and the value of a strong network and non-financial resources. She completed her Master's in Strategic Leadership from the University of Charleston. After living many places across the country, she has settled back in Ohio near family.
