Dr. ZHANG Yuan Jie

Dr. Zhang is a Managing Partner of Wise Road Capital, a global private equity fund manager, focusing on investments in high-tech industries. Dr. Zhang has over 25 years of experience in global investment management. He serves as Chairman of ScioSense, and board member of Huba Control, JLQ Technology and UTAC. Dr. Zhang obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and obtained his PhD and MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.

Mr. Lim Choon Khoon

Mr. Lim Choon Khoon is a Senior Vice President of the ASM Pacific Technology Limited ("ASMPT") and Chief Executive Officer of the ASMPT's ICD & CIS Business Unit in the Semiconductor Solutions Segment. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Production Engineering and Production Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. Mr. Lim started his career with US semiconductor companies in engineering roles before joining the ASMPT in Malaysia and was posted to Hong Kong and Singapore where he spend most of his career with the ASMPT. He left ASMPT for a short spell to pursue regional and global functional roles in Philips. Mr. Lim re-joined ASMPT in July 2006 with increased responsibilities in product marketing and sales, key account management, advanced packaging and leading newly acquired NEXX from October 2018 which culminated in his current role as the CEO of an ASMPT's Business Unit.

Mr. LOH Kin Wah - Chairman

Mr. Loh is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is a Partner of Wise Road Capital, a global private equity fund manager, focusing on investments in semiconductor and other high-tech industries. Currently, he serves as Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Technology Committee at AMS AG in Austria (listed in Switzerland), Independent director at AEM Holding (listed in Singapore), Chairman of Huba Control AG, Switzerland, and Director at UTAC Pte Ltd, Singapore. Mr. Loh holds an Honors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, and a Postgraduate Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from ACCA, United Kingdom.
