Blair Swearingen

Blair has been in medicine since 2010. She started as a CNA and has worked as an RN and now a Nurse Practitioner since 2020. Blair comes with experience in treating both children and adults. When she is not providing personalized care, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy and 3 dogs. She is originally from Louisiana, and has worked in Louisiana, Texas, and the treasure valley. Her approach to patients is trying to personalize and tailor the treatment regimen to each patient individually. Blair firmly believes that medical care should not be a checklist or algorithm, that each patient is unique and should be treated as such.

Breanna Davis

Breanna (or sometimes Bre) has been a medical assistant for over 8 years and has worked in several different fields of healthcare including family practice, pediatrics, urgent care and now mental health. Growing up here locally she has a passion to help her community and give back whenever she can. She loves anything outdoors, and in her spare time you'll find her either camping or rafting with her family.

Dina Mattingly

Dina Mattingly has been in the medical field over the last 17 years. She started her career as a CNA in high school. After graduating high school, she joined the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Dina worked as a medical assistant through nursing school as well. She completed her Nurse practitioner education through Frontier University and since then has worked in behavioral health treating a variety of primary care and psychiatric conditions, to include an extensive number of patients who suffered from ADHD. She finds passion in treating patients in a mutually beneficial relationship and helping them find stability in their life. In her free time, she likes to spend time taking care of her two small daughters, trying new restaurants and watching scary movies.

Emma Gini

Emma was born and raised in Idaho after traveling and living around the state she moved back to the Treasure Valley a few years ago. After working in Childcare for ten years she made the move over to medical administration as a receptionist and has been in that role for 3 years working with Mental Health and Primary care Providers. She is a hard working and caring individual that truly delivers great customer service to all patients. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with family/friends, camping, hiking and being on the river.
