Elisha brings 25 years of land surveying experience to AEA. He is well versed in AutoCAD software, property line determination and data collection including the latest Global Position System (GPS) surveying technology.
Jonathan graduated from University of New Hampshire in 2019 with his Civil Engineering Degree. He brings experience from working in the construction industry as a project engineer for 4 years and is a licensed E.I.T.
Karen brings 35+ years of land surveying, AutoCAD and land development design experience to AEA.

As Operations Manager at AEA, Mel brings extensive experience in business development, management, law and finance. She is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
Mike has over 30 years of project management, design, and land planning experience. As an integral member of AEA's staff, his responsibilities include feasibility studies, site analysis, master planning, design development, and construction documentation for a diverse range of development projects. His experience includes office, retail, residential, and institutional projects of varying scale and complexity.
