So fragrant, we would re-discover the essence of scents. So fertile, we would savour its goods without waste. So spacious, we could revive trees and rear horses. So welcoming, we would have to share it with you. We sowed our dreams… On the slopes of Mount Parnassos. We watered them with determination, effort and patience. Over time an enchanting microcosm blossomed. We revived the region's most ancient name, and thus christened it Amfikaia...
